Acceptability Study Results From a sample size of 110 individuals who sampled the Phoenix Bar in a research study, the Phoenix Bar received the following average ratings:

• 8.2/10 for taste
• 7.9/10 for texture
• 7.8/10 for appearance
• 98% of the respondents deemed the Phoenix Bar to meet or exceed overall expectations
