Fuelled our 3 Peaks Challenge

We learnt about Phoenix Bars at Keswick Mountain Festival and picked up a couple of bars before our 10km run. We both felt amazing on them. It’s so hard to fuel a 50–60 minute high-intensity effort on actual food, but the bars gave us a really clean, steady energy—none of that sugary spike-and-crash feeling.

Then, this weekend, we took them on the Three Peaks. It got intense—force 7 winds on Scafell, freezing rain, pitch dark—and the bars absolutely came in clutch. We had nine between four of us over 23 hours and 48 minutes. At our lowest points, they helped reset us—real fuel we could feel working. One of the guys even said, “I might’ve died if not for that guy.”

Honestly, they felt like energy from the inside out—clean, powerful, and exactly what we needed. We’re all big fans now. Thank you!

The perfect adventure fuel

Brilliant product that delivers everything it says it is going to. Super tasty, easy to eat, long lasting performance and now my go-to bar. It’s hard to know what else to say other than try it if you haven’t yet given it a go. Perfect.

Once you try it, you’ll never go back…

I’ve been using the Phoenix bar now for the last year in preparation for a couple of endurance events. I must say, once you try it, you’ll never go back…

The bar has completely changed my preparation and performance, giving me a long lasting energy boost at no expense of taste. It is super transportable and lasts very well in backpacks, keeping its shape and consistency.

Unlike other products, the Pheonix bar ticks all the boxes and provides me with the macros and nutrients required to sustain and perform under intense strain.

As a side note, James was excellent during the sales process, giving timely updates on delivery and stock. His personal note in my first batch was a nice touch and you really feel appreciated and part of the team.

Best of luck with this product, I genuinely hope it goes on to do great things and reach all those in need. The benefit it adds seriously changes the game and this could help a lot of people achieve the results they’re after.

Used During the Grand Union Canal Race

I bought Phoenix Bars as I needed their substantial calorie count for the Grand Union Canal Race (which I ran self-supported). I find they digest easily, are moist enough, taste good, and can be easily cut into thirds to eat every 20 minutes.

My Garmin watch said I burned nearly 16,000 calories over the 38 hours I ran — so I definitely needed the calories, and I was pleased to finish 15th.

I’m keen to use Phoenix Bars again for the long races I have coming up.
