Phoenix bars have become a staple in my endurance nutrition. They’re lightweight, pack a serious amount of energy and, honestly, taste far better than any expedition food I’ve used before. Even in cold conditions they stay easy to eat, sit well on the stomach and give a steady flow of energy over long hours. The different flavours really help on multi day efforts when appetite can drop, and the overall quality feels a step above anything else I’ve taken on expeditions. I recommend phoenix bars to anyone training for demanding endurance events or heading out on serious expeditions.

Phoenix Bars fuelled my 650km, 12 day run from Edinburgh to London and they were brilliant. I used them for breakfast each morning when shops weren't open and they were a really good way to maximise my calorie intake without having to eat too much. I would be happy to use Phoenix Bars again for my future challenges.

I relied on Phoenix Bars for Cape Wrath and they became I staple. I found them really east to eat and to digest and I just wish I took more of them. I'm excited to try the new Ginger flavour when I get back to training.

I have used Phoenix Bars during a number of ultra's and I think they're awesome.

I don't like gels and these bars are a great way to get more calories in quickly and easily.

The new recipe has made them even better and the new Salted Caramel and Apple & Cinnamon flavours are great.

I like these. I don't buy a lot of sports nutrition, but these flapjacks are a really good bit of regular kit. The are robust and worth their weight and price, not just as 'emergency rations' and part of your Minimum Mandatory Kit, but they taste good too. I've tried the new flavours in bite sized tasters and will be ordering some more very soon.
