If something goes wrong
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me straight away, because once a parcel has left I can't redirect it. If your parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking hasn't moved for a while, message me and I'll sort it out with you. Returns and refunds are covered in my refund policy.
