Who we are
flaming-phoenix.co.uk is run by Flaming Phoenix Enterprises Ltd, trading as Flaming Phoenix, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13395523). Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. VAT number GB 440 2419 32.
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Please read them alongside our refund policy, shipping policy, privacy policy and cancellations policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Your order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. That email does not yet mean we have accepted your order. The contract between us is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because something is out of stock or there is a pricing error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are shopping from and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Our prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Your order is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancelling your order
Before dispatch: email us and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund, including delivery.
After delivery: you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind about sealed, unopened bars. Tell us within that time, then send the bars back unopened within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid (but not any extra you paid for Express delivery) within 14 days of receiving them back. You pay the cost of returning them. You can tell us by email, or by using our cancellation form.
For food safety reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to bars that have been unsealed after delivery. Our refund policy also lets you return sealed bars for up to 30 days from delivery.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our bars must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, and cover any return postage. This does not limit your legal rights.
Food information
Ingredients, allergens and nutrition information are printed on each bar's label and shown on our product page. The label is the final reference, so please always check it before eating, especially if you have a food allergy. Phoenix Bars are made in an environment that also handles egg, gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and sulphites.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you receive repeat deliveries and are charged on each renewal date. You can change, skip, pause or cancel at any time. Full details are in our cancellations policy.
Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review or send us photos, feedback or stories, you give us permission to use them on our website, in our emails and on social media, shown with your first name and surname initial. Please keep reviews honest and lawful. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading, and we never change the meaning of a review.
Using our website
The content of this website, including text, photos, logos and the Phoenix Bars and Flaming Phoenix names, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal use, but please do not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Our guides are general information, not personal medical or dietary advice.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Our products are for personal use, so we are not responsible for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, please email jfrost@flaming-phoenix.co.uk or call 07990 519422. We reply within 24 hours, usually the same day, and will work with you to put it right.
Customers outside the UK
If you live outside the UK, including in the EU, you keep any mandatory consumer protections given by the law of the country where you live.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
