How subscriptions work

A Phoenix Bars subscription sends you the same order on a regular schedule that you choose. We take payment on each renewal date, then pack and send your order. There is no minimum term.

Changing or cancelling

You can change, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, using the link in your order confirmation email or by emailing jfrost@flaming-phoenix.co.uk. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to that delivery.

Price changes

If our prices change, the new price applies to renewals charged after the change. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

Your rights on each delivery

Each subscription delivery has the same cancellation rights as a one-off order: a full refund if you cancel before it is dispatched, and 14 days from delivery to return sealed, unopened bars. Full details are in our terms of sale and refund policy.
