Really good for as a compact product for fast fuelling. Tasted good, not too crumbly, easy to digest and consume
I ate 3 Phoenix Bars during the Spine Sprint and they helped fuel me to a 7th place finish. I normally struggle to eat solids during races but I found Phoenix Bars so easy to get down on the move and to digest. I would be keen to use these for the Lakeland 100.
I ate 5 Phoenix Bars during the Spine Race and I thought they were very good. I like the fact that they are so calorie-dense and that they don't freeze easily in the cold. I would be happy to recommend Phoenix Bars and would use them again for any of my upcoming challenges.
Went down well and had some great calories in them!
These bars helped a lot. I went from running 50k to 80k in a backyard ultra (new NPB). Defiantly supplied the energy and the new recipe helped make it easier to eat.
